Set of 3 Brutalist stained oak, brass, metal Bar Stools from France, 1960s

These modestly decorated chairs cleverly balance the visual contrasts of the angular and circular shapes of the frame and the seat. Eccentric and unusual in their form they exude a rustic and surprising visual presence. The flared legs provide stability and also emphasise the overall sturdy design with the circular metal joint. Six round brass joints attach the backrest to its frame. All parts are in great vintage and structural condition.
