Vintage ‘Astrea and Archize’ Ceiling Light by Toni Cordero for Artemide, 1990's

This fun and stunning ceiling light called ‘Astrea and Archize’ was designed by Toni Cordero for Artemide in the early 1990’s. In 1991 Artemide, acquires a historical Venetian glasswork facility as a result of which a new mouth-blown collection is born, including the ‘Milano-Torino’ in 1991, of which this lamp is part of. This particular design, is also featured on Artemide’s historical timeline of designs. The company, which was created in 1960’s, is an internationally renowned expert in lightning design, innovation and high-quality manufacturing.
