"Afrodisia" is a distinctive table lamp designed by Francesco Castiglione Morelli for Artemide in 1992; the piece reflects the inventive approach to Italian lighting design characteristic of the early 1990s.

The lamp consists of a tall, white opal glass shade, topped by an adjustable, black, spherical spotlight—all supported by slender, chrome-plated metal elements. An adjustment arm with a red tip creates a striking contrast against the otherwise monochrome composition.

The design allows the user to switch between directed, focused light and soft, ambient illumination. When the spotlight is directed toward the conical shade, the white body becomes illuminated, creating a warm, atmospheric effect.

Afrodisia was included in the 1992 "Nuovo Bel Design" selection, as well as in an Italian design showcase organized by the Istituto Commercio Estero in 1993.

The manufacturer’s markings for Artemide are visible on the base.
