Tisca Modernist Hand-Tufted Wool Rug France 1980s

The manufactory’s carpets were commissioned by internationally recognized institutions, among them luxury hotels in Paris (such as the Plaza, Ritz, and Le Meurice), boutiques of Cartier and Christian Dior, the Pucci fashion house, the Élysée Palace, as well as corporate clients including Airbus.
By the end of the 20th century, the factory had become a meeting point of modern art and design, producing works for public installations and museum commissions.
